Vegan Plate is on our list because they offer delicious food and have great service. Also, they are conveniently located right off the freeway off Douglas Blvd so it’s easy to pop in and grab a bite on your way up or down the freeway.
Their menu contains 40 + items so you are likely to find something you like. Some of my favorites include the Fresh Summer Rolls, The Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos and the Wor Wonton Soup.
For dessert, the cheesecake and the milkshakes are probably my favorites. They are lactose free and delicious.
Some say the Gourmet Fried Rice is good but I personally thought it was lacking a bit of flavor. I’ll give one of their other rice options a try eventually and report back when I do.
THe Service at Vegan Plate is usually pretty good. With a few exceptions where my order took 30 minutes to come out.
The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I’ve come in they are in a good mood and answer any questions I have.
Overall I would highly recommend Vegan Plate. I definitely think they deserve to be on the top 3 list of best vegan restaurants in Roseville.
Pros: Wide Variety of dishes. Vegan, Gluten free, nut free and lactose free options. Great service.
Cons: Prices are kinda high compared to other places. If you are used to good thai food and come here you might be disappointed. It’s not bad but it’s nothing to write home about.

Everything here at Zest Kitchen is really fresh and has good flavor. I’ve brought my non-vegan and vegan friends here and they all think this place makes great food.
Some of the favorites from the group(myself included) are the chipotle tacos, chipotle burritos, nachos and the brownies and cheesecake for dessert.
The prices are a bit high for some items like the wraps which cost 10.99 but they are well done as considering the location I give them a bit of a pass for the prices.
Another nice thing about Zest Kitchen is that it’s owned by a really nice lady who is accommodating to your every need. I asked alot of questions my first time and I’ve asked to modify my menu items on just about every order and she is always willing to change anything for you. Which I really appreciate.
Zest Kitchen is overall a great establishment for vegan, non-vegans and people who have certain food sensitivities. This place is definitely one of the best vegan restaurants in Roseville.
Pros: Tasty food. Lots of customization possibilities. Nice owner. Clean establishment.
Cons: Prices are a bit high for some items. If it’s busy your order might take a while to get out.
